I’m Jenna.
I’m a women’s transformational coach, energy & sound healer, women's circle facilitator and meditation guide.
My work blends coaching, nervous system support, energy healing, sound, and reflective practice to help women feel safe in their bodies, clear in their minds, and confident in who they are becoming.
This path grew from my own lived experience of burnout, healing and profound life change and now forms the foundation of the spaces I hold for others.
You don’t need to know exactly which path is yours yet.
